The conversation covered AI sovereignty and AI security, and how Europe can lead by treating trust as a design principle, not a compliance-heavy add-on.

The real disruption is the operating model

Right now, the real AI disruption isn't the technology itself. It is organizations' operating models. The shift needs to go:

• From adding expensive AI models in organizational silos, making employees only marginally faster,
• To identifying where intelligent systems can fundamentally change the economics of the business.
